Today, I went out extremely early with my parents and a group of their friends to THREE different places. First venue is the organic wheat grass + many types of mushroom.

I took a pamphlet from the place and get to know some facts about wheat grass and some of the other products they produced.

Do you know with frequent consumption of fungi (mushroom), it will help to THOROUGHLY regulate the body's physiological functions, improve metabolism and strengthen the immune system. These mushrooms that are supplied at the farm also have benefits that can lower serum cholesterol, improve blood circulation, raise the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood and enhancing the detoxification function of the liver.
